Diana Gibson Diana Gibson is the Research Director for the Parkland Institute. Prior to joining Parkland, Gibson conducted research as staff at the Trade Union Research Bureau, as faculty in the Labour Studies Programme at Capilano College, and as a consultant to various unions, community organizations, and government. Much of her work has focused on privatization of public services. Gibson holds an M.A. in International Development from the Institute for Social Studies in Holland and a B.A. in Industrial Relations from McGill. She is the co-author of Bottom Line: the truth behind private health insurance in Canada, which was released by NeWest in 2006.
