The Press is led by a dedicated and hard-working Board of Directors, which functions as the publisher. Counted among these are established writers, critics, academics, and journalists, who read and solicit manuscripts for the Press.

The NeWest office is run by a full-time staff of three. We also draw on the talents of the NeWest Away Team—a contract graphic designer based in Calgary, and a web consultant based in Berlin. Our literature-loving volunteers round out the crew, and help keep the good books flowing out of the Press.
