NeWest Press is thirty-year literary labour of love.

We are a non-profit organization led by a dedicated and hard-working Board of Directors which functions as the publisher. Counted among these are established writers, critics, academics and journalists who read and solicit manuscripts for the Press. Some of our stalwart Board members—Doug Barbour, Diane Bessai, Don Kerr—have been with us since the Press was founded!

The NeWest office is run by a full-time staff of three—General Manager, Marketing & Production Coordinator, and Information Coordinator. We also draw on the talents of the NeWest Away Team, our graphic designer, currently based in Montréal, and web consultant, based in Berlin.
